- Browse local and remote folders side by side with navigation history and filters
- Queue transfers with progress, pause, resume, retry, and batch optimization
- Compare and sync folders in either direction, including subfolders, with a preview before files move. Folders over 500,000 items on either side are refused
- Write each transfer to a temporary copy and swap it in only when complete, so an interrupted transfer never damages the existing file. Uploads are refused on servers that cannot swap files this way
- Generate SSH keys and watch a local folder for automatic upload
Get it
Install with winget install --exact --id JDE-Projects.SimpleSFTPClient, or download from GitHub Releases. The site does not select or serve a version-specific binary.
- Installer (recommended): the file ending in
-setup.exe. Installs just for you with no admin, adds a Start menu shortcut, and removes cleanly from Add or Remove Programs. - Portable ZIP: the file ending in
.zip. No install, good for a locked-down PC or a USB stick. Keep the folder together.
The apps are not signed, so Windows SmartScreen may warn the first time you run one. Choose More info, then Run anyway.
